Join us July 8-11, 2024, for "The Amazing Race!" Enjoy supper at 5pm, followed by worship and activities on the lawn.

Can't make it at 5pm or every night? No problem—come when you can!

VBS is free. Dinner by David and Karen is available for a small fee. Please indicate your dinner preferences on the registration form.

Back to School Supplies Drive

Support Rahn Elementary students this August through the Back to School Supplies Drive! Drop off your donations at: Mount Calvary Lutheran Church on Sundays 8:30am - 11am, Mondays 10am - 2pm, Thursdays 10am - 2pm, or another time you’re at church! Everything will be given to Rahn students who need supplies.

Spring Celebration!

Join us at one of two worship services: 8:30am inside or 10am outside. 10am worship will include a dedication of our new outdoor worship greenspace and a blessing for Brian’s ministry at Mount Calvary. After 10am worship, we’ll hold a brief annual meeting followed with a picnic! Bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets for worship!

School Supply Drive for Rahn Elementary

School Supply Drive for Rahn Elementary

We are collecting school supplies for our neighborhood school and inviting the community to our parking lot! This is a great chance to meet and greet Principal Robb and other Rahn teachers and staff. We would love your support by bringing school supplies and/or volunteering at this event! You may drop off supplies any time between now and August 28 on Sundays or during church office hours. Contact: liz.lindner@mtcalvary.com.

Can't make it Tuesday? Drop items off at any of the following times:

  • Sunday, August 21 at 8-11:30 a.m.

  • Monday, August 22 at 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

  • Tuesday, August 23 at 6-7:30 p.m.

  • Thursday, August 25 at 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

  • Sunday, August 28 at 8-11:30 a.m.


Needed items:

  • Crayola Crayons (24 pack)

  • Crayola Thick/Classic Markers

  • Colored Pencils

  • Composition Notebooks

  • Spiral Notebooks

  • Plastic School Box

  • White 1" Binder (with the plastic cover on the outside)

  • Expo Whiteboard Markers (Pack of 4)

  • Black Expo Whiteboard Markers (many are needed!)

  • Plastic Two-Pocker Folders

  • Regular paper folders

  • Ticonderoga Pencils (ticonderoga are the only kind that sharpen!)

  • Glue Sticks

All Ages Retreat

All Ages Retreat

We will be having our All Ages Retreat at Luther Crest Bible Camp the weekend of June 25-27. We will be in individual rooms in the Adult Retreat Center (where we've stayed in previous years) starting after dinner on Friday through Sunday late morning.

We're planning to enjoy the time outside together - hiking, pontoon rides, family bible study/reflection, and swimming and playing at the beach and following state health guidelines.

Cost of individuals/families varies, though families will not have to pay more than $350 for the weekend. Scholarships are available for anyone who needs one.
