Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Process Update

In preparation for a formal, congregation-wide, kick off of the Reconciling in Christ (RIC) process in March we're spending the month of February in conversation with those that identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.  If that's you or someone that you know and love, please send an email to RIC@mtcalvary.com to set up a time that fits into your schedule. You'll sit down with a member of the steering team (Jeremy Bierlein, Rebecca Gierok, Brian Hornbecker, or Jean Taylor) to share what a safe, welcoming, and inclusive church environment looks and feels like for you.

This is an intentional and thoughtful process that'll take much of the coming year for us to discuss and shape with a goal of becoming designated as an RIC church that'll include a welcoming statement to be crafted and shared.
